How to ease the pain but get optimal results!

A lot of body builders are just like a lot of bad joggers. They follow the trend and do whatever workouts and regimens that the “pros” are doing and most often than not, they end up at the wrong side.

If your goal is just to get big guns and would not care about your health then do not trouble this post. This article is for body builders who are also concerned about their health and wellness.

A lot of body builders suffer from injuries because there are a lot of things that the “pros” don’t tell you. What you read about in muscle magazines are most likely not written by the “pros”. Most of the stuff you read online or on magazines about muscular tissue typically does not give you all details you need to know. They usually give you the extreme exercise regimens that “pros” might not really be doing. Besides their goal anyway is to sell their magazine and not provide you on how you can build your body properly.

If you are serious on bodybuilding and intends to accomplish optimal results, make sure that you stay away from injuries.

There are quite a number of techniques on how you can do away with any type of discomfort, pain, injuries as well as muscle mass inequalities in the future. You may check out this short article on muscle mass discrepancies.

Technique # 1 – Focus on the Weaklings!

Target the muscles that are weak in relation to the opposing muscle group.

Body builders tend to develop so many severe muscle imbalances because they emphasize the front of the body more than the back. A great example of this is the “T-shirt muscle workout”. This usually consist of dozens of sets of chest and biceps. So instead of emphasizing the muscles that are already strong, why hit those weak and under worked muscles like neck, upper back, shoulder rotators, hamstrings, glutes, hip rotators, lower abs, and shins

These areas often weak, tight, out of balance with their opposing muscles prone to muscle strains and pulls and most importantly these imbalances lead to major injuries and conditions like neck pain, knee pain, rotator cuff tear, tendonitis and so on. All of these conditions are caused by muscle imbalances and will not go away unless you work towards correcting the imbalances. The only way to know for sure which imbalances are causing your pain or injury is to do a series of physical assessments.

Technique # 2 – Experiment, do something different!

Here’s a tip for you. Replace at least 1 of your regular exercises with something completely different like combat martial arts, kettle bell training, functional training and even strongman design workouts. For example, instead of doing extremely 3 inch partial representative leg presses attempt a solitary leg squat or rather loads of collections of shoulder presses as well as side increases, see if you could do 1 handstand push-up. We do not ask you to give up your regular workouts but experimenting with various workouts will help you achieve a balanced, stronger and more powerful body.

Technique # 3 – Switch It Up! Read more...

Big changes to USA Seizure, Seizure letters & Returns Policy

As some of you are aware, IA Super Pharma recently experienced a spike in return parcels from the USA due to the FDA changing packaging regulations which caused 9 customers parcels to be returned to us. After talking with the guys affected on the forums the last few days its become clear that the current IA policy is too rigid and leads to long delays in a customer receiving their order. So with immediate effect the following has been implemented and changed on the website: 1). All returned parcels will now be eligible for a resend after we see ‘parcel returned to sender’ on the particular countries tracking screen, this will enable us to immediately reship your order without having to wait for the parcel to return to us. There will be no charge for the reshipment and it should reduce the wait time by three weeks. 2). Seizure letters will no longer be required in order to activate the free resend insurance, from today onwards, if a parcel has not moved for more than 15 working days aft...

BULK PEPTIDES: How to rebottle/repack

When ever you buy ‘bulk’ powder from IA Super Pharma it will be sent to you in a loose powder form sealed in a pure nitrogen environment.  There are two methods for rebottling the powder into usable formats. METHOD 1 Is the home ‘kitchen top’ method of simply measuring out the desired amount of powder with a scoop (made to measure by making a scoop your self that holds the exact mg or powder you desire in each vial relative to preferred dose and quantities) and simply sealing and capping the vial and storing in the freezer until ready to be reactivated with sterile water. To measure out the powder required per vile, lets use HGH as an example: If you ordered 1 gram of HGH bulk powder you will receive a pouch with between 10g and 14g total powder weight – why is this you ask? Because the 10-14g contains the 1g of HGH but evenly dispersed through the mannitol salt that is used as the lattice work binder for the rehydration and freeze drying process known as ‘lyophilisation’. So we...
